How it works

A few minutes a day. That’s the method.

You don’t overhaul your life on day one. You learn one thing, do one thing, and let it stack up over 30 days.

Getting started

From sign-up to day one.

  1. Join on this site

Pick your plan on the pricing page and pay through our secure checkout.

  2. Set up your app login

We email you a link to set your password. The app runs in your browser at app.macromovement.fit, on your phone or computer.

  3. Start with day one

Your first lesson is waiting. From there you get one lesson and one small move each day.

Every day has four parts

What a day looks like.

01 / Lesson

One idea, about three minutes

Plain language and no jargon. Each lesson covers one thing, like how a calorie deficit works or why the scale jumps around.

02 / Today’s move

One small action

Something you can do today that puts the lesson to work. It’s small on purpose, so you actually do it.

03 / Reflection

One honest question

A short prompt about what worked and what didn’t. This is where a habit starts to fit your real life.

04 / One-page PDF

A page to keep

Every lesson comes as a one-page PDF. By day 30 you have your own reference library to go back to.

In the app

Coaching and tracking live in one place.

The lessons teach you the skill. The app is where you practise it and where your coach can see how it’s going.

  • Track your numbersLog your food, your macros and your weight, and watch the trend instead of a single weigh-in.
  • Work with your coachYour coach sees your progress and helps you adjust your targets as you go.
  • Follow your programEach day’s lesson, move and reflection are laid out for you in order.
What it is
