30 days / One lesson a day / One small move

Learn it. Lose it. Keep it off.

Macro Movement is a daily habit and education program, not a diet. You learn how weight loss actually works, one short lesson at a time, until you can run it yourself.

About 3 minutes a day. No banned foods.

HabitsOne small action a day. Habits beat motivation, because motivation runs out.
EducationA short daily lesson, so you understand the why and can do it without us.

Who it’s for

You’ve lost weight before. Then it came back.

That isn’t a willpower problem. Most diets hand you rules to follow and never teach you how any of it works. When the diet ends, so do the rules.

Macro Movement works the other way round. You learn the skill: how to set your own targets, read your own scale, eat out, travel, and get through a bad day without quitting. When the 30 days are over, you still know what to do.

What you’ll learn

It’s not a diet. It’s a skill.

Energy balance is the rule

Macros are the tool. There are no pills and no magic foods, and nothing is banned. You aim for flexible, not perfect.

Slow is the fast way

Losing about 0.5 to 1% of your body weight a week is a pace you can hold. You’ll learn to read the trend on the scale and ignore single weigh-ins.

Bad days are data

One bad day isn’t failure. You’ll learn how to reset the next morning instead of writing off the week.

How the 30 days work

Three minutes. One move. Every day.

  1. Read the lesson

One idea a day in plain language, about three minutes long. Each one comes with a one-page PDF you can keep.

  2. Do today’s move

One small action that puts the lesson to work, like adding protein to breakfast or planning tomorrow’s lunch.

  3. Reflect and track

Answer a short prompt and log your numbers in the app. Your coach can see how you’re doing and help you adjust.

The program

Four weeks, in order.

Each week builds on the one before it. You finish with your own plan for maintenance, because that’s the real finish line.

Week 1

Foundations

The deficit, your numbers, protein, tracking and the scale.

Week 2

Fuel

Carbs, fat, fibre, drinks, meal planning, hunger and the plate method.

Week 3

Habits and mindset

Habit stacking, sleep, stress, the bad-day reset and eating out.

Week 4

Move and maintain

Strength, steps, plateaus, travel, maintenance and your plan for life.

Make this the last time you start over.

Thirty days from now you can know how to do this for yourself.
