FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

The program

Is this a diet?

No. There’s no meal plan to follow and no list of banned foods. It’s a daily education and habit program. You learn how weight loss works and build the habits to manage it yourself.

How much time does it take each day?

The lesson is about three minutes. Then there’s one small action for the day and a short reflection prompt.

Do I have to count calories or macros?

You’ll learn how to track, because it’s the clearest way to see what you’re eating. The program also teaches simpler tools, like the plate method, for the days and stages of life when you’d rather not track.

Are any foods off limits?

No. Nothing is banned. You’ll learn how to fit the foods you like into your targets. The aim is flexible, not perfect.

How fast will I lose weight?

We teach a pace of about 0.5 to 1% of your body weight a week, because that’s a pace most people can keep up. Results vary from person to person, and we don’t promise a number.

Do I need a gym?

No. Week 4 covers strength training and walking, and both can be done without a gym. Food does most of the work for weight loss. Movement helps you keep the results.

What happens after the 30 days?

You finish with your own maintenance plan and a one-page PDF for every lesson. You keep the knowledge, which is the point.

The app and your account

Where do I do the program?

In the Macro Movement app at app.macromovement.fit. It runs in the browser on your phone or computer, so there’s nothing to install.

How do I get my login?

After you pay, we email a link to set your password to the address you used at checkout. If it hasn’t arrived, check your spam folder, then contact us.

How does payment work?

All payments are made on this website through Stripe, a secure payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes. You can cancel a monthly plan yourself at any time from your billing page, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Health and safety

Is this medical advice?

No. This is educational content, not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before changing your diet or exercise, especially if you are pregnant, have diabetes, take medication or have a history of disordered eating.
